Store Policies


I want you to be thrilled with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, please return the item within 10 days and I will refund your money, minus shipping charges (returns not accepted after 10 days).  Simply email me with your order number and why you are returning the item and I will give you a return authorization number and shipping information. I cannot accept any returns with out a return authorization number...no exceptions.  If you are unsure or have questions about any piece, please contact me via email at kim@kimcrockerdesigns.com before any purchase and I will be happy to answer any questions beforehand.

Quality Guarantee

I guarantee that my work is free from defects in craftsmanship.  Most of my collection is one of a kind and cannot be duplicated.  The stones described in each piece are true to the best of my knowledge.  All of my work is hand made by me. 

Orders Placed

I do about 8 Art Shows per year, on occasion a piece may sell at a show or on kimcrockerdesigns.com and I will not be able to update my website immediately upon the sale of each item.  I apologize in advance if a piece ordered has already been sold.  If you have placed an order on kimcrockerdesigns.com for a one of a kind item that has sold, your money will be fully refunded.  Please feel free to email me prior to making a purchase to verify that the item is still available. 

All orders to be shipped in Minnesota will be charged sales tax.  Orders will be shipped within one week of payment confirmation.
